Paste special options

The Edit | Copy and Edit | Copy Special menu commands enable you to copy Indian language text from Baraha to other applications. The Paste Special menu commands does the opposite of this. They enable you to copy Kannada/Devanagri text from other applications and paste into Baraha Input Window. 

Right click on the Input Window and select Paste Special menu command. You can also click Edit | Paste Special command from the main menu.

Automatic Conversion:
This option enables you to copy text from other applications, and paste into Input Window. This option automatically recognizes Indian language text and English text in both ANSI and UNICODE formats, and convert them to transliteration format.

Note: This option may not work properly if the text doesn't have the font information or uses unknown fonts. If you are copying text from the HTML browsers, it may be possible that the text does not contain the font information. In such cases, use one of the following options.

Convert UNICODE:
This option enables you to copy UNICODE text from other applications, and paste into Input Window. The UNICODE text can contain a combination of Indian language and English text.

Convert Kannada ANSI:
This option enables you to copy the Kannada ANSI text (that uses standard Kannada fonts such as "BRH Kannada") from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Kannada transliteration format.

Convert Devanagari ANSI as Sanskrit:
This option enables you to copy the Devanagari ANSI text (that uses BRH Devanagari font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in DEVTRANS1(Sanskrit) transliteration format.

Convert Devanagari ANSI as Hindi/Marathi:
This option enables you to copy the Devanagari ANSI text (that uses BRH Devanagari font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in DEVTRANS2(Hindi/Marathi) transliteration format.

Convert Devanagari ANSI as Devanagari:
This option enables you to copy the Devanagari ANSI text (that uses BRH Devanagari font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in DEVTRANS3(South Indian compatible) transliteration format.

Convert Tamil ANSI (TSCII):
This option enables you to copy the Tamil ANSI text (that uses TSCII 1.7 compatible fonts) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Tamil transliteration format.

Convert Telugu ANSI:
This option enables you to copy the Telugu ANSI text (that uses BRH Telugu font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Telugu transliteration format.

Convert Malayalam ANSI:
This option enables you to copy the Malayalam ANSI text (that uses BRH Malayalam font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Malayalam transliteration format.

Convert Gujarati ANSI:
This option enables you to copy the Gujarati ANSI text (that uses BRH Gujarati font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Gujarati transliteration format.

Convert Gurumukhi ANSI:
This option enables you to copy the Gurumukhi ANSI text (that uses BRH Gurumukhi font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Gurumukhi transliteration format.

Convert Bengali ANSI:
This option enables you to copy the Bengali ANSI text (that uses BRH Bengali font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Bengali transliteration format.

Convert Oriya ANSI:
This option enables you to copy the Oriya ANSI text (that uses BRH Oriya font) from other applications, and paste into Input Window in Oriya transliteration format.
