Converting Baraha documents to PDF format
Documents from any application such as Baraha, MS Word, Internet Explorer... can be easily converted to PDF file by installing a freeware called Pdf995 Printer Driver from http://www.pdf995.com website. When installed, it creates a Printer icon called PDF995 that can be selected in the Print dialog box during printing from any application. PDF995 prompts the user to specify the name of the PDF file.

PDF files can be viewed on any operating system using a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can embed the document fonts in the PDF file itself, which is usefull because the end user need not install the fonts for viewing the PDF file. Go to the Printers folder (Start -> Settings -> Printers) and set the Download as Softfont option as shown below.
